If you didn’t pay close attention to the url, this is now being published simultaneously in English alongside Japanese by VIZ. I don’t know what that means about whether the English translations on Mangadex will continue or not. I just flipped through the comments on chapter 51 and didn’t see any comments from the SL team about it.
Also, as a consequence of this licensing, I don’t think it is available outside the US (or maybe NA). Sorry EU folks!
Edit: It might be available more widely than I thought.
Edit Edit: I popped back over to reddit to see if there were any updates and found a comment by the SL team that they are planning on finishing and releasing Chapter 52 and then dropping it. So, going forward this series will be VIZ only.
I was able to read it as a brit, so that’s a point in favour of it being available outside the US.

That’s good news. When I was trying to find out if the SL team was going to keep the MD releases going, I saw on reddit somebody mentioned that VIZ was likely US-only.
I wonder if anyone at VIZ actually reads manga online because that reader is horrible.
