It’s disappointing to see Azure Data Studio disappear, but this does explain the dearth of updates over the past few months.
I find the VS Code extension experience more awkward, so maybe this pushes me to DataGrip from @jetbrains

No, it’s really gone. I’ve been trying out DataGrip this morning and there are a lot of differences that I’m going to have to adapt to, but it works and I like it better than the VS Code integration.
I particularly like how fast it is to show me the schema of tables. In ADS, I had to choose “Script as create” on a table and it was very, very slow for Azure SQL databases with Entra ID logins.
