Read books from people who spent time studying these things, and try to use the few precious brain cells that you possess to comprehend what they say. You don’t have to take them at their word. You can read the supporting evidence they provide, read what other researchers say, and then form an understanding of the subject. Or you could just continue being an ignorant clown.
