I recognize the dashboard font… This is an early 2000s model from the VW-Konzern.

  I’m not 100% sure if it’s the Mk3 or Mk4 dash. Probably Mk4, with the fantastic red on blue color scheme.
  
  It’s a Mk4 ERA dash, circa 1997-2005.
