I’ve been in therapy for over 20 years but things keep getting worse, even though I take pretty much every antidepressant under the sun.
Not all people make it. Some are only here as a cautionary tale for others. I’m pretty sure I’m one of them.
I enjoy a lot of your posts, too.
I’m kind of dumbstruck since I don’t get a whole lot of positive interactions, so I needed some time to process. It’s also hard for me to accept that anything positive could come from most of my doomposting and venting, but I did want to let you know that your comment touched my heart. Thank you.
