Since a majority voted for Trump, I suppose most people think Trump IS the savior… Let’s hope there’s still a bit of democracy left in 2 years for the midterms.
A majority didn’t vote for Trump. That would have required at least a 51% victory. He had 40 something.
Dont forget registered voters are not all of the population, and that there’s evidence for widespread voter supression.

The moral isn’t that Trump is the savior in the eyes of most but that the DNC (And as a result Harris) failed to engage the core of the Democratic base and non voters to vote, or convert Republican voters.
Just checked the official results, you’re right. I’m surprised there were so many candidates apart from Trump and Harris.
But a majority wanted him or didn’t care if it was him that got elected.
