Looks like another heatwave at the end of the week. With the current forecast my coastal suburb is only seeing 30+ on Sunday, but western suburbs are expecting the heat on Friday and Saturday.
Is this likely our last bit of summer, or we will see some more heat as we approach April?
But it’s unclear to me if the 40,000 years (or more?) of collective knowledge of seasons may have been made redundant by a couple of hundred years of man made climate change…

And I was just getting use to the autumn weather! Hopefully this is the last heatwave so I can finally break out the doona.
The Indigenous weather calendar says hot and dry from Jan-Mar and wet becoming cool from Apr-Jun
