With the Universal Profile 3.0, RCS now officially supports end-to-end encryption, and both Google and Apple will deliver updates.

Any messager that isn’t private like WhatsApp.

Also the cryptography is dubious at best since you are focusing on compatibility over privacy or even security.

If you want something decentralized look into Simplex Chat.
