Yep, I’m a parent and a fan. That’s how I know it doesn’t fit the bill for conservatives.

The show includes episodes that touch on mindfulness, emotions, and inclusivity. While not overtly political, its emphasis on emotional intelligence and gentle parenting has been called out as part of a broader shift away from “traditional” discipline and family values being pushed by ‘liberal media.’ Bandit, the father, is an active caregiver, while Chilli, the mother, works outside the home. The show portrays Bandit and Chilli as highly engaged, emotionally available parents who embrace play-based parenting. Or as conservatives call it, ‘soft parenting.’ They also occasionally include diverse characters and family structures, which has already sparked backlash from conservative groups who oppose media normalizing non-traditional families.

Yea you’ve got some good points, but conservatives are also very prone to rash, not well thought out decisions and the ones actually in charge are old AF and out of touch

I could absolutely see them doing this Bluey and all, some backlash from the conservatives who actually know what Bluey is and then they’ll freak do damage control and then we’ll be at “one giant iPad playing PragerU” lmao
