I’ve got two - my roadie is a 2016 Jamis Ventura Sport, upgraded to Tiagra and a set of HED Belgium C2s with a PowerTap power meter hub
My other ride is an Xtracycle Swoop cargo bike

It can be set up either way, by flipping the back wheel.
I use it as a single speed, I’m not comfortable with going down hill from home on a fixie.
It’s very comfortable on flat ground, because it’s very light. When it gets too steep, at least it’s easy to push or carry.
