I wish I was one of those lemmings who had a variety of sisko (or any ST character) pictures to hand. I would respsond with Stern and a Little Disappointed.
I very much want the story behind this pic.
I do not know for sure. But that looks like two amazing actors (I know they have names, and they may not be Janeway and Piccard) on a rollercoster. The indoor look of the background makes me think maybe that weird one in Vegas? Photo editing?
It actually does look like the big room in the convention center at Rio. I say this as someone who went there once last year.
And just a pair of standing legs in the background… must be Tasha.
