[ ] (yourlinkhere) Just remove the spaces, like this - Your browser does not support playing HTML5 video. You can download a copy of the video file instead.

For me if you add an exclamation mark first it will embed videos or images so use:
! [ ] (yourlinkhere)
Just remove the spaces, like this -
