Hi, sorry for the late reply. It’s the stem of the flower of an Agave. That stem was fully grown and had babies growing on it when I moved in here just over two years ago. Of course it died, as did the plant at its base eventually. Well I only just pushed it down a few weeks ago. It was very light and I didn’t want it falling onto the road. There’s plenty of trees around for the birds though so that’s good.
Is it sitting in a tree or a big flower stem?
