Could be an o2 or MAP sensor.
Replaced the CAM sensors a while back. Avoided O2 sensors because, well, annoying to replace.
How old?
That happened to my old Honda when gas tank silt started coming up in chunks. It’s been better since I had my gas tank scrubbed out.

If you don’t already have one, definitely get one of those cheap, generic Bluetooth ELM327 OBD2 readers off of eBay. Free phone apps are available to interface with them. I was just using mine last weekend to troubleshoot a check engine light.

Live broken. But live to spite those who broke you.
My light goes back off when I get the OBD scanner out and threaten the car with a checkup.
If it’s a Ford, it came from the factory that way.

There’s a program for fords called forscan if the truck is new enough. I use it on my cvpi when I have problems, plus I was able to activate the domelight option. Good luck.
