Today’s T was me, a customer and what appeared to be some sort of wizard who has spent the last week on his hands and knees in a forest looking for mushrooms.

He apologised for being late, gave no information to the work he was supposed to be doing, was even more vague on timescales on something that is charitably a few hours work, and when asked a question just stared at his wall and went “hmmm”.

In the end I just went “right, good call everyone” and hung up.
