Scotland has come out on top in The Times and The Sunday Times Good University Guide 2024, with the University of Glasgow being crowned Scottish University of the Year.

Further afield, University of St Andrews has been named the number one university in the UK and Scotland, beating the University of Oxford and the University of Cambridge for the second time in the guide’s 30-year history of domestic UK university ranking.
