I think it has become obvious lately, that the politician in Putin has long left his soul.
Especially the way he handled things, when Trump won.
He probably is living now in his own universe about Russian empires, unbroken egos, fighting bears, teaching kids his superior fighting skills, topless afternoons riding horses with his buddies, never losing the war and whatever things he is now too old to pretend to be doing.
Can you elaborate on what you mean regarding “when Trump won”? You mean he failed to manipulate him more effectively? Or something more specific?
Exactly that. Idk, i have the feeling a more political Putin would have taken the chance to enter the world stage again.
Maybe I’m thinking too much as a European again.
