That took me all day to figure out. Apparently that’s a real word. I thought I was wasting a turn on a technically “real” word.
I’ve seen this word a lot more than the word from 2 days ago, 1431. Although I’ve definitely seen this one in books, probably the most common place I’ve seen it is in quordle, octordle, and sedecordle.
I’ve heard both as part of other words. I feel like I’ve probably heard the one from two days ago in similar context by itself too.

Recently, I’ve been using various two word starting phrases. But today, I thought I’d just wing it. I was sure that I could easily think of a 5 letter alcoholic drink for my second word. But nothing came to mind. So I ended up thinking of root beer instead, and it ended up being super lucky.
