        Hm, I think if everyone knows mostly everyone in real life and therefore has enough investment to work things out permanently.

        But limiting oneself to friend communities would be very limiting as you wouldn’t get outside perspectives.

      I just think that lemmy.world tries really really hard to be reddit.
