      tophneal and 6 others have status messages set

      If just one other person misuses that for a permanent message, it doesn’t work for anyone (in a team or group chat, at least).

        Too true. Its primary purpose for me is the constant individual messages that should be tickets. Luckily for me if I’m in a group chat it’s rarely for a reason that should’ve been a ticket.
