Looks like a Rose of Sharon (Hibiscus syriacus). I also have a bunch in my yard and both birds and pollinators are big fans. It’s invasive in the US, but like the cherry blossom, “it lives here now.”
Thanks! The open flowers do remind me of small hibiscus (there are two very large ones elsewhere in the garden), so thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
And yes, there are so so many pollinators humming around!
