I’m doing it so all the size 10 and 12 clothes I bought continue to fit while I get the munchies every night. I’m pretty sure they’re one of those foods which take almost as much energy to digest as they have stored in them either way, I’m not gaining or losing weight so that’s gotta be a good thing. I quit sugar about a year ago but love honey now stopped buying it and it stopped me being sweet snacks when I’m out. I just go hungry.
I had reduced price sushi from coles and will later eat about 6 rice cakes. Living alone means never really bothering to spend loads of time on prep.
Also - soup and toast on a cold night is pretty perfect imo.

I think the last time I fitted into a 12 I was 15 years old. I’m too tall and busty so as an adult my best is a 14.
I’ve shed a lot of weight and muscle and was never a big person. Transition is a for me to be seriously doubling down on healthy choices.
