Yes, sort of. Elmo saddled the company with $12.5 billion in debt while alienating the advertisers which was where the majority of Twitter’s revenue came from. Revenue has to come from somewhere. BuuuUUUUUuut, Elmo is in over his head, doesn’t really understand Twitter’s business model, and is making decisions by the seat of his pants.
