I thought I might have done the setup wrong, but I don’t think I’m getting any regardless of what I set. If I go into app info and try to turn on the permission toggle, I get “this app does not send notifications”
Is that intentional with the beta version, or could that be a bug for some users

same on my device. no notifications or notification permissions
I do get Inbox notifications.
I havent got a notification yet (but feel free to reply to this for testing, Ive turned them on), but they do show up in my app info, so maybe report that as a bug (and/or check your install)
I’m guessing it’s not in or bug, on android it’s missing notification settings in permissions settings for the app
For me they just don’t seem to work, but permission for notification is set to allowed.
Strange on mine it’s just missing 😅 it will probably be fixed in the next update!

I use Sync and notifications is showing as coming soon, I’m sure I read it wasn’t in the Lemmy API but I could be wrong.
