Actually if you faff around with vouchers and buy an extra pizza and change the garlic bread to wedges oh and spend another £5 to make it into the deal, you can bring the price down to only slightly overpriced!

    Not at all surprised.
    A Large, even with the DFS-style half-price offer, is £12.50 for a 13.5".
And they’ve apparently started charging £3.50 for delivery.

Meanwhile, my local pizza place is £14 for a 18".

In the last few years, their prices have gone up hugely and the quality has gone down by just as much (and it was already over priced and shit).

When I was over in New Zealand in 2018 I was shocked to find that Domino’s didn’t cost the earth. The prices in the UK are insane.

Maybe reduce the price and up the quality? Naaah screw that, better double down on the enshittification and spend more on advertising. Oh and cut the salaries.

There’s any amount of italian restaurants you can order pizza from these days and just go collect. There’s even decent super market options now. All better than Dominos and Pizza hut for that matter (was shite the last one of those I got).

KFC has also been utter shite for years, these days I’d rather just cook more and have a better take away less often (popeyes or 5 guys).

Really sad thing is, as well as getting shitter, they also cost nearly as much as the more premium option now as well.
