Edit: Thanks all! I’ve got a lil homelab setup going now with Pihole, Jellyfin, Paperless ngx, Yacht and YT-DL. Going to be looking into it more tomorrow, this is so much fun!
Nah brother, here you are wrong. The very first step in Plex is having a user account (of course that is going to their servers). So the very 1st step shows it is not fully selfhosted. Neither it is fully private.
