Curious what yall are playing and if im the only one who can’t complete games :p
Just actually beat Minecraft for the first time solo after playing off and on since beta…
No idea why I hadn’t gotten around to it tbh
Also before that I put a bunch of time into Far Cry 6, which was solid.
I mean, I know why I haven’t yet in spite of also having played the game since beta.
… It’s because I’m lazy and hate grinding for materials.
Building is just more fun and who needs to free the end anyway
True Pacifist Undertale just the other day. Which, to be fair, took me something like two years to get around to doing because I was way too lazy to deal with some of the ending fights of Neutral route.
Now I have the itch to go back and play EarthBound again… Which may be related to the lo-fi Mother 2 mix that got posted earlier today over in the Music community.
Loved undertake honestly Toby did an insane job on that game,
personally I cant do the other two endings lol
GRIS. Such a wonderful experience, that I highly recommend to anyone
XCOM 2.
It was fine, but a buggy mess.
Mass Effect 1 a few weeks ago. Never played it before and really enjoyed it, but eventually got sick of side quests.
Started ME2, but decided to put it down for a bit so I don’t burn out.
ME series is my absolute favorite! Hope you have fun with ME2, it’s a blast.
Breath of the Wild. I got interested in the lead up to to Tears of the Kingdom coming out. Finished it the day before. Still haven’t started tears though…
TotK is very similar to BotW, not a bad idea to take a break between the two.
That’s why almost only play indie games (AAA once in a blue moon), they’re short, sweet, artistic, great stories and I can finish them in a few hours! I finished Kentucky Route Zero the other day.
the last of us part 1 and the dlc left behind :)
Couldn’t help replaying after the tv series reignited my love for it!
Red Dead Redemption was the last game I beat, about 3 weeks ago. Currently playing Diablo 4, Tears of the Kingdom, and Marvel Snap.
how do you manage playing multiple games at once!
Enh, just switch between them. I usually play only 2 at a time, sometimes just 1.
The last of us Part 1 PC.
Is it running well now? I know it has some launch issues.
Yes much better, with the latest patch they even have it running at 30fps on Steamdeck. I have a RTX 2080 and i7-8700k and it runs excellent at 1080p, good at 1440p and passable with dlss at 4k
So during to formatting on my phone, I read that as “they even have it running at 30 fps” and was like uhhh…
I have a tendency to hop from game to game as I get new ones on sale. Typically for me to beat them, they either need to happen to be bought worth no other new games being bought for a while after, be short enough to burn through in a few days, or need to be beaten to I can interact with other people regarding the game.
I think the last game I beat was Pokemon Scarlet, which I had to beat so I could do the raids.
I have this annoying tendancy where I get near to the end of a game and just stop playing, ive done it 5 fucking times in fallout 4
That’s me with Final Fantasy games. When I get to the last act, I, for some reason, just lose interest no matter how much I love it.
Same. And then when I get back to a game I have no idea what I eat doing and forgot most of the controls and feel to lazy to learn them again. So I just go play something else and the cycle repeats itself.
The most recently purchased game that I beat (aside from multiplayer only stuff like Deep Rock Galactic) would be Black Mesa. Motivation to see the overhaul of xen at the end of the game really kept me going.
I recently beat Fallout 1 again, but I was using a high intelligence, high luck gambing critical hit sniper so it was more like an experiment to break the game. I’m in the middle of a 1 intelligence playthrough and its challenging but becoming a bit routine now that I’ve overcome early hurdles.
Probably halo reach
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Fun game, though unlike the first one, I wasn’t immediately excited to keep playing for some reason.
Omori - 10/10 game highly recommend
Oh, it’s on my backlog! I’m not too much into typical turn-based RPGs, but the focus on mental health is very appealing to me.
