The general term for partially “animal” tail/ear combos like these is “cat-girl/boy”. It doesn’t have to be a cat specifically. Cat is just used as a catch all for it.
Most of these combos aren’t really clear and more just aesthetic differences. Fox/Cat/Dog/Bunny etc ear/tail combos are commonly overlapping. So the general term I see most used is “cat girl/boy”.
The leash is associated with any animal submissive in “pet play” relationships where the submissive is acting as the “pet” to their dom. But the leash can just be aesthetic choice. Cat boy/girls aren’t always into pet-play.
