    Cool design! Is that a diluted ink wash for the flames? It looks great, however you’ve done it. The extra values (both the flames and the face) are really effective against the stark black of the clothing.

      Yes, I used a water brush with a couple of ink drops diluted in it. For the record, the design is not mine, it is a character called inferno cop.

        I really like the ink-washed flames. What paper do you use for this? I often find that the paper curls too much or small paper balls come loose. Good watercolor paper is too valuable for simple experiments in the long run.

          I’m using a notebook that was put together by an illustrator friend. Not sure about the paper type, I’ll ask him when I have a chance.

    It was like two weeks ago I told my colleague all about Inferno Cop :D
