There’s nothing wrong with dish soap but it does need to be rinsed thoroughly as it could attract more grime.
I use an all purpose cleaner. Spray on. Wipe off. Soap and water works too. Damp rag with APC for electronics, used with care, or cotton swabs with IPA - always remove power if you can and ensure it’s totally dry before plugging back in.
Disinfectant as you note isn’t a cleaner and needs a clean surface to do its job.
Vinegar doesn’t have detergent or soap properties and won’t adequately shift grease.
