I think it’s wonderful people are generating non-conventional things - even if those things aren’t to my taste. But I could do without seeing a PSA for skin cancer. I didn’t downvote, but I can’t upvote either.
Well, do you have any advice on how to handle freckles better?
Maybe add moles or blemishes to the negative prompt at low strength (some is realistic so overdoing it might make the result look plastic). Or perhaps specifying light freckles, though if you specifically want heavily freckled results I’d be worried about that affecting quantity and not just colorization. Lock in the seed and prompt and play around a little.
