edit: actually the real reason isn’t that bad. it was the result of me doing a three year deep dive into the biomechanics of walking, sitting, and breathing, and it wound up with me thinking I had cured my autism by making a postural adjustment that corrected a problem with my skeleton that no one knows about because all my limbs have normal range of motion
