With the new update, the button for sharing images to external apps is missing. I miss having the button right on the bottom nav bar instead of in a bottom pop up menu, but I will take a button requiring several steps over no button.

I think I’m seeing the share button in the expanded bottom tray. Are you talking about Settings: Media Secondary Action?
Also what version are you on? Latest on beta (tonight) should be v303.
I’m was on 301 and just updated to 303. I tried changing to the Media Secondary Option (thank you for that tip!), but my option available is only to share the URL, not the image.
