I’m afraid I have no more info for this one, other than it appears to be a watercolor, either digital or physical. “Luchia-a” is the name of the file, with the title above being my own invention.
A gold star to anyone who can track down the original!
EDIT: Thanks heaps to u/PathlessSage for tracking this one down! The French-American artist is a 2D animator and filmmaker, living in Paris.

I have found this Ken Anderson concept art for 101 Dalmatians which seems so similar it can’t be a coincidence.

I’m assuming (based on nothing) that someone’s used Ken’s image as inspiration, but I couldn’t find anything definite.
Wow, nice find. I spent some time searching around and reading, and it appears that:
- Despite OP stating “101 Dalmatians” (1996 live-action film), those were in fact created for “One Hundred and One Dalmatians,” the 1961 animated film, with Ken Anderson passing away in 1993.
- Anderson was evidently strongly influenced by British cartoonist Ronald Searle, who I’ve wanted to post about here for some time. [samples]
- I asked GPT5.2 (horrors!) if it could find a real or theoretical link between the two images, and it advised that it couldn’t find any, pointing out that it’s quite common for various, interior-living model views to incidentally resemble each other. This makes some sense to me, as the design we’re looking at seems quite possibly based on a real, small apartment layout potentially used across hundreds, or thousands, or hundreds of thousands of places around the world. Maybe / maybe not, but in any case, as Snopes might say: it looks like thatt’s INCONCLUSIVE for the time being.
In any case, nice work again, ✨ Deebster! ✨
EDIT: NO! SHUT UPPA MY FACE!
