    Uuuuuuurrrrgggghhhhhh. First day back at work since 23 Rd December. Close to three weeks.

    I’ve done pretty much bugger all. I’ve certainly stuffed up my sleep schedule. I did at least manage to get 3 or 4 hours last night so that’s appreciated.

      There is one benefit to not stopping over the Christmas period… and thats the schadenfreude of watching the pain of all the people who did take time off as they struggle to return.

      We did technically stop this year (first time in… some decades) so I’ve now got to experience both sides. I think I actually prefer to work through and then take a break at some other part of the year when noone else is so you get to experience full relaxation instead of all the non-work places being super busy.

        Apart from the shadyfrued, I agree with you completely. I don’t enjoy being packed in with the masses at all.

        That means that I don’t do much at Xmas and Easter. Damn I don’t do much at all anymore to be honest.
