All the comments so far are asking how to do these.

Relax your eyes until the yellow boxes in the middle overlap and then try to focus your vision on the overlapping boxes. The secret message should appear. This is the best advice I can write out. If you do it cross eyed it will be harder to read.

If the “relax your eyes” technique doesn’t work:
Concentrate on the yellow signs in the middle.
Cross your eyes slowly to bring 2 adjacent ones together.
It’s easier the more you zoom in or go closer to the screen.

(If this doesn’t work at all for you, maybe it’s no big deal. We are all different. But maybe you have poor eyesight in one eye and haven’t noticed yet cause the brain is very good at compensating with the other eye.)

The general instructions in the books used to be something like “put the book so close to your face as to almost touch your nose and the slowly draw it further away from you while looking at the image”, but those were for large printed books, so I unsure if that works with a phone.

I could always just willfully see them, as I can move both eyes semi-independently (as in I can lock one in place while rolling the other around and I can do it on both sides, albeit easier to roll the left and lock the right) and it merely requires the smallest crossing of eyes.

Thanks for the response, I guess I’m a non-autostereogrammer like the other dude :( was always amazed how people saw stuff in them and at points even wondered if it was an elaborate prank 🤣

Try putting it on a bigger screen and then putting your nose close to it and slowly backing away while trying to look at it, but also, sort of letting your eyes sort of relax, until it “locks in”, as usually when you see the image, your brain understands that that’s where the eyes are supposed to stay, because the image "comes into focus.
