The one closer to the camera was more pushy, so they didn’t get the last carrot.
Feeding elephants is one of the highlights of my life. It felt magical to me!
Love to hear it! There were a bunch of kids and their parents and I thought to myself “Well, you don’t need to feed the elephants” and walked past the feeding area, but after a couple minutes thought “Yea but I want to and it will be fun.” and I walked back and was very happy to have made the right decision.
What did you feed them?
They gave me little bananas to feed them and I can still remember it like it was yesterday! They were so sweet.
Tiny basket of mixed produce, onions, guava carrot sticks, and no joke one of those mini bananas!
Yeah it was a lot of fun, as soon as I held out of fruit or vegetable it was nabbed and chucked backward into their mouth and then they reached for another one.
At the end, the pushy one tried to get the last carrot stick while he was still holding a carrot stick in his trunk but I made sure to give it to the relaxed fella.
