Ks means “kus” which is a piece. So if it says 5ks it’s 5 pieces of that ingredient. Bal is likely “balenie” which means a packet - they sell the vanilla sugar and baking soda in small packets of like 12 grams for baking soda and 8 grams for the vanilla sugar (will leave up to you to convert to ounces or another measurement). Ps for cocoa - it’s PL in the recipe which means “polievková lyžica” which is a tablespoon.

Edit: looking at the translation, things that don’t translate are KS for yolks, ps for cocoa, and bal for baking soda and vanilla sugar. Any ideas?
