It’s YouTube music, which is showing popular “podcasts” on its explore page. Must be just because it’s popular because nothing in my algo on either youtube or YouTube music would suggest this shit.

Is that the show where the guy invites on OF models, then insults and humiliates them? Where the models are only going on there because so many of his listeners then subscribe to their OF?

The psychology of those incels would be fascinating to study

They enjoy insulting and humiliating these women for doing sex work, then they go ahead and pay for it

Granted that’s been the history of sex work for thousands of years, this is just one of the most direct examples of it. Wonder if it boils down to them wanting to project their own shame and guilt on the women

From what I’ve gleaned, there’s a tendency to see the sex act as shameful, but moreso for the woman. So psychologically, they’re still “owning them” in that exchange.

It’s entirely possible the camgirls that go on this channel are the kind that see their clients as marks, as well, so there’s a funny kind of symmetry to the exchange.

There’s a girl on Instagram whose whole schtick is that she sends feet pics and stuff to MAGA guys and then openly mocks them for financing her lifestyle and donates some of the money to progressive causes. She has been doing it for months and I’m convinced part of the appeal for these guys is the humiliation ritual of being “owned.”

Oooh, the layers of psychology keep piling on. So they’re using a sex worker, who they probably believe is inferior and doing a bad thing, if they’re MAGA, but are themselves into being sexually humiliated within the context of a private interaction.

Yeah, we’re an interesting species sometimes.

It always just strikes me as immaturity. People with a physiological demand for sex reaching for what they can’t have in polite society, then letting out their rage and humiliation on people lower than them on the pole, because they never learned how to process their emotions.

Sometimes I wish I didn’t have a conscience. I could be so rich if I didn’t have things like guilt or shame.

In my experience, having grown up in an upper-middle class neighborhood with a mixed bag of people who all went different directions…

It’s not the lack of a conscience that makes you rich. It’s the wealth that degrades your morality.

“I’m going to be an asshole in order to get rich” has not - in my experience - produced my success. I know plenty of shitheads who squandered their family fortunes and ended up doing shit work for shit pay. On the flip side, a few friends and acquaintances who did go on to be successful turned increasingly toxic and miserable as their stars climbed.

Well yeah, just being an asshole doesn’t make money. But when you see how easily people are tricked into giving away their money to unethical actors, it’s easy to see one’s own conscience as a roadblock. Like, “If I would feel comfortable scamming people, I could be rich.” But I’m not comfortable scamming people, even if it would be easy. Ergo, my conscience keeps me from making easy money.

I’ve known some nice rich people, though. It’s more that it makes you more of whatever you were before.

Ditto on the “it’s not as easy as just being mean” part. Jails are chock full of counterexamples.
