I found a picture showing the main material of a cell phone:

• plastics are mostly carbon and hydrogen. Some also use oxygen, nitrogen, chloride.
• copper is… well, copper.
• glass is mostly silicon dioxide. Ceramics may vary.

So, let’s say carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, silicon, copper should be the top 5. But there’s a lot of other stuff too.
