Immigration and Customs Enforcement deported two 12-year-old American twin sisters to Guatemala, even after their mother—who was also deported—requested for them to stay in Florida with their grandmother. Now ICE has been ordered to bring them home.

      I dont think they will pull the “oops” thing much anymore.
      The courts are yanking the legal licenses of DoJ lawyers for all their bad “MAGA” filings and around 9000 DoJ lawyers have resigned to avoid it. I believe ICE lawyers are next for this legal license purge. Judges have ordered hundreds of show cause contempt hearings on ICE lawyers. Its hard to do crime without a huge team of lawyers running defense for you.

          Google Clark, Eastman, Guiliani … there isn’t a single source. Judges have gotten pissy at bad filings and lawyers are getting scared to work for MAGA. Political waves last 4-8 years, but disbarrment is forever … technically it takes 7 years plus a rigorous reinstatement process to get back in, but the career is destroyed.
