Huge “I don’t care if they win, I just want to see Musk lose” feeling at this point.

I’m not a fan of Zuck obviously, but I have to admit I would be glad if he could help obliterate Elon’s ego.

And it’s so hard because I want to see threads fail as well. And I’m afraid they both can’t lose, unless fediverse will step up to the mark and build large enough community.

Im the same. But at the same time Zuck is a super intelligent guy. Look at his recent podcast with Lex Fridman. Meta might be an evil corp, but he’s an intelligent, interesting and somewhat self-made individual.

On the other hand, old mate musk used his parents wealth to build a company at an early age that the went on to build more. The more I learn about him, the more I understand he did the classic “surround yourself with smarter people” move while having cash to throw around

That move has worked out great for me too, and I’m not even rich! You become the people you hang out with.

Zuck at least doesn’t have an ego to be obliterated. They haven’t programmed that in yet.

Twitter sueing Meta because they hired ex twitter employees to build the twitter competitor Threads (which just sucks to be honest).
