    By “unnecessary” I mean unless you’re going to die without killing an animal, then you don’t need to kill animals (including supporting it by eating animal products). It’s really that simple.

    it’s not “really that simple,” though. whether i buy a burger or not, the cow is already dead, and another one will be killed today.

        If people stop buying dead animals the demand goes down and less are killed to meet the lower demand.

        did you try that? lots of people have stopped “buying dead animals” and more are killed year-over-year every year.
