Notice how these ones partially conform to their container too.
To me these all look like they can be done in two layers: a linear gradient on the bottom and a radial gradient on top going from opaque in the center to full transparency at the edges.

I have more experience with Blender than I do with design software, so I would probably set up a scene with colored lights positioned to get the right effect.
I would totally try this but I barely possess the skills to operate an actual blender
