My general feeling on this is positive - obviously developers feel K/W is a good investment opportunity and with the housing affordability crisis, the only real solution is to increase supply.
622 new units of 1-bedroom, 1-bed+den, and 2-bedroom… This definitely caters towards younger professionals and couples without kids, but that’s also the group primarily affected by affordability, so… Sounds good!
