I’ve tried to comment on older posts, but I get an unknown error warning on some of the older ones. Some only a day old

I remember seeing people have that issue before but I don’t remember what app they were on.
I was eventually able to reply, but the error has popped up on me numerous times
Ultra anecdotal, but I once had issues because I was setting the language of a comment. Didn’t get an error, it just wouldn’t post. Something to look out for.
