I’m a moderator (/u/MurdoMaclachlan) of /r/TranscribersOfReddit, a now-shuttered project to provide accessibility to blind and visually impaired users. While I as an individual am affiliated with /r/TranscribersOfReddit’s parent 501©3 nonprofit organization Grafeas Group, this archive and my transcriptions on Lemmy are not. I just wanted a nice little box to put my transcriptions in for both my purposes and the purposes of blind, visually impaired, and/or low-data Lemmy users. Looks like @[email protected], formerly a transcriber for r/TranscribersOfReddit, is occasionally doing freelance transcriptions on Lemmy in their spare time. This post directly hyperlinks the Lemmy community that Murdo looks to be using to aggregate all their transcriptions via comment permalinks.

To view the context (from mastodon) of the lemmy post that a transcription comments on, you can navigate to the More menu (or dot-dot-dot icon) on the toot view of the lemmy comment, then click Expand this post to view the context as more toots, or Open original page to navigate directly to the lemmy instance hosting the post.
