Got stuck at MCI during this storm! The storm looked absolutely devastating from the terminal.

The amount of people that still lack power over a day later is insane. I was lucky and had my power back on within 3 hours of the initial blackout.

I knew we were boned when the Tonganoxie split didn’t happen. We were pretty lucky to just have a power blip at my place, it only went out for about 30 seconds. At least there wasn’t any hail this time. On a side note, I love sunsets after a good storm, the colors are stunning.
