          They can import them as much as they want (though I’d rather they didn’t), without street certification they’ll be able to drive it on private property, but not on our streets.

      we just let the manufacturers run them themselves and tell us if they think it meets standards.

      that have been caught lying numerous times before, yet nothing has changed.
