Interesting, are those pensions going to old people regardless of accumulated wealth or is it just keeping poor old people out of poverty? Regardless. Some of them are are already filthy rich, have multiple houses, etc. They don’t really need the money. Sure there are people who legitimately need it, but there should be an income limit to it IMHO. It gets raised almost every year. I consider it a pyramid scam.
